Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for field operations and technical support on the project assigned to achieve the safe, timely and profitable completion of each project.Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities:
Adhere to and promote all Company Safety Policies and the Company Code of Conduct. Coordinate and facilitate the Daily Safety Huddle in the absence of other field leadership, or as needed. Ensure the Daily Safety Plans or Job Hazard Analysis' are completed by all onsite crews. Aid the Superintendent/Project Manager in the supervision of the field construction work effort. Interface with customers, project teams, site supervision, field personnel, including subcontractors. Develop three-week look ahead schedule and dispatch field labor and equipment in timely manner Approve all project personnel transactions, purchase requisitions, field design change requests, etc. Maintain accurate time and material records and complete client paperwork as required. Support and ensure all on-site personnel comply with project procedures, safety and all company policies. Make recommendations on the hiring and disciplinary actions of field employees. Perform other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required.Supervisory Responsibilities:

High School Diploma 3+ years of experience in heavy/industrial construction management desired or a combination of experience/continued education may be substituted for experience. Water/Wastewater related construction experience a plus. MA Construction Supervisor License (Preferred). Ability to run project meetings, as needed. Knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting procedures. Knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.) OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training). Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card, clear pre-employment drug screen and background check. Valid U.S. unrestricted Driver's License. At R.H.
