Wilmington, MA Pay:
$40-$50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Technician to join our team in Wilmington, MA. This role involves installing, wiring, and commissioning production equipment in industrial manufacturing environments. Ideal candidates will have experience working in semiconductor, automotive, pharmaceutical, battery, food processing, or similar manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, generators, control systems, and other industrial machinery Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical wiring, circuits, and components Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to identify and address problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and implement process improvements Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment Qualifications Experience installing industrial manufacturing or process equipment Strong understanding of electrical schematics and OEM installation drawings Experience with conduit installation, wire pulling, and terminations Knowledge of motor controls, VFDs, PLC troubleshooting, and instrumentation Experience performing Megger testing and continuity testing Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Basic use of PPE such as steel toe boots, hard hat, gloves, vest, and glasses Compensation & Benefits $40-$50 per hour , based on experience 40-hour work week Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity to work on cutting-edge manufacturing and industrial equipment installation projects
