THE TEAM

Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or other 2-year technical diploma preferred OR 5+ years of military training and experience testing, and troubleshooting of large military platforms to be considered in lieu of technical diploma. 1-2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment that involves assembling products with any combination of electronics, robotics, or mechanical components
Physical Requirement:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work while standing for extended periods and be comfortable bending, leaning, reaching, and working in and around machinery as part of daily job duties. Experience debugging and repairing electrical components using soldering irons and multimeters. Must be proficient with electrical reworks such as cable repairs, and surface mount and through hole PCB reworks. Must use and understand the application of common hand tools, various industry nomenclatures, and have strong assembly skills. Must be a self-starter who looks for ways to improve the job and related processes and shows initiative in execution. Working knowledge of spreadsheets, creating, manipulating, and using for data analysis. Demonstrated proficiency developing work instructions, documenting testing procedures and processes. Ability to Self-manage your day-to-day areas with minimal supervision, while completing tasks with high quality output and timely delivery Familiarity with ERP and PLM software is a nice-to-have that supports future projects this role will own.
