$40.00 to $45.00 per hour, plus overtime Job Overview Our client, a self-performing, growing, regional EPC specializing in commercial solar and energy infrastructure, is looking to bring on a number of Solar Installers to support a large, upcoming commercial solar project in the Boston area. This is an initial two-month contract with our client with possibilities of long-term employment based on performance. Job Responsibilities Following all manufacturer guidelines, installing racking and railing equipment, inverters and other electrical equipment, solar modules, and any other mechanical or structural mounting systems for PV arrays Completing the electrical wiring of solar arrays and BOS (balance of systems) equipment Clearly communicating directions to the installation crew members Taking pictures and documenting all work completed and uploading the data to the internal company database Ensuring all safety standards are met and adhered to Ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code, site-specific safety plans, and other applicable laws, codes, regulations, and industry standards

Successful Candidates Must Have:
