Lead new product development from concept to production. Drive product improvements through engineering, tooling, and collaboration. About Our Client Our client is an established technology manufacturer known for developing precision-engineered products for global industrial, research, and laboratory markets.
Job Description Responsibilities :
Lead mechanical design for new products and product improvements. Create 3D CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation. Support design reviews, testing, risk assessments, and product validation. Troubleshoot manufacturing, supplier, and field-related issues. Drive ECOs, root cause investigations, and corrective actions. Design manufacturing fixtures, tooling, and test equipment. Partner with manufacturing teams to improve quality and throughput. Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional projects. The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. + years of product development and manufacturing experience. Experience bringing products from concept through production.
