We are recruiting for a Forklift and Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a warehousing and logistics company in Devens, MA. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on forklifts, as well as maintaining and repairing other manufacturing equipment as needed. This position is Direct Hire. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electric, gas, and propane forklifts. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot and repair other manufacturing and industrial equipment as needed. Identify unsafe equipment and complete necessary repairs. Test equipment following repairs to ensure proper operation. Maintain accurate maintenance records and repair logs. Requirements Previous hands-on forklift mechanic experience is required. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and reading equipment repair manuals. High school diploma or equivalent. Must have own basic tool set. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance work.

Pay:

$35-$40 per hour, depending on experience
