Shift:

Primarily 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM) with flexibility to cover 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM as needed. Weekend coverage may be required. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Install new equipment and relocate or modify existing machinery. Assist outside contractors with equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance. Complete scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on all production equipment. Work closely with production supervisors to make machine adjustments that minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely repairs to support continuous operations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all company safety procedures. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED required. Experience with industrial maintenance, manufacturing equipment, or a related field preferred. Working knowledge of electrical systems, machine controls, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Ability to safely and confidently operate hand and power tools. Must provide your own basic hand tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements Ability to frequently bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate machinery, tools, and equipment. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with company policies and safety regulations. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional evening hours as business needs require.
