$25-$30/hour Position Summary The Electromechanical Technician will be responsible for assembling complex mechanical and electrical components and sub-assemblies used in precision CNC machinery. This position requires hands-on experience working with large, complex equipment and the ability to accurately assemble, fit, align, and troubleshoot components according to engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and production timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and experience building or assembling precision machinery, industrial equipment, CNC machines, or other large mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, technical specifications, and work instructions to assemble precision components and sub-assemblies. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment to assemble, fit, align, and adjust components to tight tolerances. Inspect components and completed assemblies for accuracy, completeness, proper fit, and quality throughout the assembly process. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during assembly to ensure proper machine functionality. Work closely with engineers, precision assemblers, and quality personnel to resolve assembly issues and improve product quality. Assemble and prepare large CNC machines and related equipment for final completion and shipment. Properly pack completed machines using appropriate clean packing materials to prevent damage during transportation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper storage and handling of tools, materials, and finished products. Follow company quality system requirements through required training and adherence to established policies, procedures, and processes. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others. Required Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of experience in precision assembly, machine building, electromechanical assembly, or a related field. Experience assembling large, complex machinery or industrial equipment strongly preferred. Experience with CNC machines, machine tools, or other precision machinery is highly desirable. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical specifications. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work accurately with tight tolerances. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during the assembly process. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols and procedures. #CNX100
