The Successful Applicant The right candidate has the following qualifications: 5-10+ years of leadership experience with full P&L ownership 10+ years of construction management experience from preconstruction to close out Proven experience leading a team of 5+ Water/wastewater + infrastructure project experience ($15M-$25M+) Strong knowledge of treatment processes, mechanical systems and permitting Heavy Industrial, Mechanical, Process Piping, Water/Wastewater, Manufacturing, Energy, or Utility construction experience Expertise in: Construction methodologies, Design-build delivery, Financial management, Forecasting and project controls, Estimating oversight Knowledge of structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and building systems Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
