The Successful Applicant The right candidate has the following qualifications: 7-15+ years of progressive construction management experience Project experience: $5M - $30M + Ability to travel throughout New England Mechanical construction background required Heavy Industrial, Process Piping, Water/Wastewater, Manufacturing, Energy, Utility, or Infrastructure experience preferred Experience managing both Design-Build and Bid-Build projects Strong experience with: Budgeting and forecasting, Project scheduling, Change orders, Procurement, Staffing and resource management, Client relationship management, Working knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and building systems Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen Senior PM candidates should also bring: Business development experience, Pursuit strategy involvement, Proposal development, Estimating and negotiation experience, Multi-project leadership experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
