This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing equipment while working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges. You'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently by performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing equipment failures, and completing mechanical and electrical repairs on a variety of industrial machinery. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Replace bearings, motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, pumps, valves, and other mechanical components Troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and electrical control circuits Read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals Perform equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and PM records Work closely with production to minimize downtime Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with electrical troubleshooting (120V-480V preferred) Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Welding and fabrication experience is a plus PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus (programming not required) Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Has a strong sense of urgency Enjoys diagnosing difficult equipment problems Takes ownership of repairs from start to finish Works well with production teams Is dependable and safety-focused Wants to grow with a long-term employer
