- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Speed/sense of urgency
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Must know the difference between metric vs standard
- Ability to crawl on knees, being inside an oven or getting inside a machine
- Must be comfortable working in small spaces
- Detail - orientated
- Must be comfortable operating a computer and learning new technical systems
