Previous machine operation experience required Experience operating CNC equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders preferred Mechanical assembly or welding experience preferred Experience using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Job Duties Operate and monitor industrial machinery and production equipment Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow Perform quality checks and measurements as required Complete miscellaneous warehouse and production tasks as assigned Lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds throughout the shift Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures Preferred Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
