$32-$36/hour + potential bonus/incentive pay Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic Technician to support manufacturing operations and equipment reliability. This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of automated and semi-automated machinery in a continuous production environment while maintaining Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality standards. The Industrial Mechanic Technician will collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement machine improvements. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is an on-site role in Timonium, MD . Shift Schedule We are currently hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for two shifts. Candidates may be considered for either shift based on their availability.

C-Shift Thursday-Saturday:

7:00 AM-7:00 PM (three 12-hour shifts)

Wednesday:

7:00 AM-1:00

PM D-Shift Thursday PM-Sunday AM:

7:00 PM-7:00 AM (three 12-hour shifts) Every other

Wednesday PM-Thursday AM:

7:00 PM-7:00 AM Candidates must be able to work all scheduled hours, including required overtime and holidays. Key Responsibilities Perform predictive and preventive maintenance and troubleshoot and repair equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems . Set up, calibrate, and test components and mechanical assemblies using various tools. Execute maintenance work orders and accurately document activities in the CMMS system . Collaborate with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations teams, and contractors to safely achieve production goals. Identify equipment issues, determine root causes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with applicable EHS and Quality standards . Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of related industrial maintenance experience. Strong mechanical aptitude.

Technical manuals Technical documents Blueprints Work instructions Troubleshooting guides Ability to work and communicate effectively in a collaborative team environment. Ability and willingness to work the assigned shift, including required overtime and holidays. Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently . Ability to stand at machines for the entire shift. Ability to reach, bend, squat, and kneel as required. Ability to work in a continuous production/manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with hazardous waste handling. Electrical maintenance experience. Experience with injection molding processes . Experience with melt-blown processes . Wednesday 7:00 AM-1:00 PM and Thursday-Saturday 7:00 AM-7:00

PM D-Shift:

Thursday-Sunday 7:00 PM-7:00 AM, plus every other Wednesday 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Both C-Shift and D-Shift Are you able to work the full scheduled hours for your selected shift, including required overtime and holidays, and perform the physical duties of the position, including standing for the shift and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.?
