Join a growing industrial mechanical contractor where you'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, Operations Managers and field teams on projects involving process piping, pumps, tanks, industrial equipment, structural steel and mechanical systems. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop experience in project management, estimating, field operations and industrial construction. What You'll Do Support multiple industrial mechanical construction projects from planning through completion Work closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers and field supervision Visit active job sites and coordinate with customers, subcontractors and crews Assist with estimating, material takeoffs, vendor quotes and project buyout Coordinate materials, subcontractors and project schedules Track project budgets, costs and progress Review drawings, specifications, submittals and RFIs Participate in pre-construction and progress meetings Communicate project plans, progress and issues to the project team Help troubleshoot and solve issues in the field The Projects Work across a variety of industrial manufacturing and process environments, including food manufacturing, chemical processing, recycling and power generation.

Process and utility piping Pumps and rotating equipment Process and storage tanks Industrial equipment installation and removal Valves and instrumentation Structural steel and access platforms Conveyor systems Mechanical systems and industrial infrastructure What We're Looking For B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, Process or related Engineering 0-3 years of engineering, construction, manufacturing or industrial experience Recent engineering graduates are welcome Internship, co-op or project experience in an industrial, manufacturing, mechanical or construction environment is a plus Exposure to piping, industrial equipment, mechanical systems, millwrighting or welding is highly desirable Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills Self-starter who enjoys getting involved and figuring things out Comfortable working in both office and field environments Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Willing to work 40+ hours, including overtime or occasional night work when project needs require it You'll work directly with experienced professionals and see how industrial projects go from estimate to installation to completion.
