Hours:

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday (1st shift) Your day-to-day Assemble complex mechanical systems and custom machinery using a full range of hand and power tools. Complete basic panel wiring to integrate motors, sensors, and related components. Translate blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work instructions into accurate, on-spec builds. Troubleshoot mechanical problems during assembly, resolving fit, alignment, and function issues. Inspect finished assemblies to verify quality and adherence to specifications before handoff. Interact with customers to share build status updates and confirm technical requirements. Pitch in with routine maintenance and general shop support as needed. What you'll bring Must be a U.S. Person. High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or automotive environments, or a comparable blend of education and hands-on experience. Proven background in mechanical and machine assembly from subassemblies through final integration. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Keen attention to detail and practical knowledge of basic quality inspection methods. Clear communication plus solid math and computer skills.
