TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Tech to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and respond quickly to line breakdowns. You will work closely with operations and quality teams in a collaborative, performance driven culture focused on safety, integrity, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and packaging equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime Complete work orders, inspections, and repair documentation accurately Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet safety and performance targets Follow all safety, GMP, and food manufacturing standards and procedures Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and line improvements Identify root causes of recurring equipment problems and propose solutions Maintain tools, parts, and maintenance areas in clean, organized condition Required Skills Preventive maintenance Mechanical repair Basic electrical troubleshooting Pneumatic systems Hydraulic systems Reading technical drawings and schematics CMMS/work order systems Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) GMP and food manufacturing standards Root cause analysis
