Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team in Delano for the position of Final Assembly. This role involves assembling components with precision and efficiency, ensuring that finished products meet quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. Duties Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized industrial tools to meet production specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly. Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to verify dimensions and quality standards. Operate pneumatic tools and perform machining tasks as required for assembly processes. Follow safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling manual and power tools safely. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety during assembly tasks. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure timely completion of production orders. Qualifications Prior experience with mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments preferred. Proficiency in reading blueprints, build sheets, and interpreting technical drawings. Familiarity with measuring instruments such as tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and other shop math tools. Knowledge of mechanical concepts including machining, soldering, and pneumatic tools is advantageous. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual handling skills. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures related to PPE use. Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret technical documentation is essential for success in this role.
