Primary Area:
Non-Welding Heavy Metal Fabrication (i.e. Heavy Assembly) Other Areas as needed: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Prime/Prep, Final Assembly What You'll Do (Description / Key Responsibilities) Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality Support production in areas like assembly, fabrication, and finishing Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace Follow job tracking and quality standards to get it right the first time Learn materials, processes, and equipment to grow your skills Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently Take on additional tasks as needed to support the operation What We're Looking For (Qualifications) 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively Willingness to learn and cross-train Good communication and teamwork skills High School Diploma or GED preferred You'll do well here if you: Like working with your hands and staying active Show up reliably and take ownership of your work Learn quickly and ask questions Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment
Hourly, Non-Exempt Hourly Wage Physical Requirements:
The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.
