Type:

Temp-to-Hire What You'll Do As an Intermediate Assembler, you will work as part of a team to assemble industrial equipment from start to finish while meeting quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools. Follow work instructions and assembly procedures to meet quality standards. Conduct in-process quality checks and communicate results. Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure product quality. Identify and report safety concerns. Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles. Rotate through multiple assembly stations, including main line roles. Float to different production lines within the value stream after training. Identify common assembly bottlenecks involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. What We're Looking For Education & Experience Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly concepts. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset. Experience using hydraulic, pneumatic, and torque tools preferred. Ability to read and follow written work instructions. Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Commitment to workplace safety and attendance. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift. Routinely lift up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. Pay Details:
