Adecco is urgently hiring Assemblers to join a well‑established, innovative manufacturing partner in Golden Valley, MN. Golden Valley, MN Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 1st shift: 5:00 AM•3:00 PM | 2nd shift: 3:00 PM•1:00 AM (Mandatory overtime may be required)
Pay:
$17.88•$26.97 per hour (based on experience) + $1.30 Shift Differential for 2nd shift
Type:
Temp to Hire What You'll Do As an Intermediate Assembler, you will work as part of a team to assemble industrial equipment from start to finish while meeting quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools Follow work instructions to meet quality standards Conduct in‑process quality checks and communicate results Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure product quality Identify and report safety concerns Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles Rotate through multiple assembly stations, including main line roles Float to different lines within the value stream after training Identify common assembly bottlenecks (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
What We're Looking For Education & Experience:
Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly concepts Manufacturing experience preferred Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and torque tools. Pay Details:
