DIRECT HIRE

opportunity with a leading manufacturer near Plymouth, MN. This is a great opportunity to build high-quality mechanical products in a clean, organized, and supportive environment. Mechanic Assembler - 1st shift (Direct Hire!)

Location:

Near Plymouth, MN Pay:

$20-$22/hr .

Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:30am to 4pm or Monday - Friday 6:30am to 3pm.

What You'll Do:

Assemble mechanical components and systems according to build sheets and blueprints Use hand and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, torque wrenches, etc.) Perform measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments Follow assembly procedures and record production data accurately Build custom products tailored to customer specifications Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience (1 plus years) Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Comfortable using a computer to access build sheets and enter data Ready to take the next step?
