Job Description

Turn Engineering Ideas into Heavy-Duty Equipment That Makes an Impact Are you a hands-on Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving real-world manufacturing challenges instead of sitting behind a desk all day? If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where every day brings a new challenge, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be a key member of our engineering and manufacturing teams, helping keep production moving while continuously improving our products and processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering 2-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with 3D CAD software (Solid Edge preferred) Experience creating Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Mechanical aptitude with hands-on fabrication or assembly experience Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) Experience with welded structures, weld symbols, and fabrication processes Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why You'll Love This Role Approximately 50% engineering office work and 50% hands-on production floor support Work on large, custom-built industrial equipment-not repetitive consumer products Collaborate directly with manufacturing and see your engineering solutions come to life Make an immediate impact by solving real production challenges Join a collaborative engineering team that values innovation and continuous improvement Why Schwing America?
