What You'll Do As a Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be a key member of our engineering and manufacturing teams, helping keep production moving while continuously improving our products and processes.

You'll:

Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and manufacturing issues on the production floor Partner with production teams to solve design challenges and identify part substitutions when needed Investigate root causes of manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions Design and improve components using 3D CAD (Solid Edge preferred) Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, engineering changes, and SAP data Collaborate with welders, mechanics, technicians, inspectors, and production leadership Improve manufacturability, quality, and production efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in the manufacturing process-not just designing parts, but seeing them built.

Qualifications:
