Join our growing manufacturing team in Winona, MN. We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to help assemble industrial HVAC equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

      • Assemble industrial HVAC units and components
      • Use hand and power tools
      • Read basic work instructions and assembly drawings
      • Maintain quality and safety standards
      • Work collaboratively with production team members Qualifications
      • Manufacturing, assembly, construction, mechanical, or farmhand experience preferred
      • Ability to use basic hand tools
      • Strong work ethic and reliability
      • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
      • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment Compensation & Benefits
