- Walk-ins Welcome What You'll Do
- Assemble industrial HVAC units and components
- Use hand and power tools
- Read basic work instructions and assembly drawings
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with production team members Qualifications
- Manufacturing, assembly, construction, mechanical, or farmhand experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment Compensation & Benefits
