In this role, you will play a critical part in the assembly and integration of complex mechanical systems. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assemble and test mechanical components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings. Conduct quality inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve assembly processes and product designs. Train and mentor junior technicians, sharing your expertise and best practices. Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and quality control measures. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical assembly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, with a focus on complex systems. Strong understanding of mechanical principles, tools, and assembly techniques. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
