Job Description
The City of Springfield's Environmental Services Department is posting the Senior Industrial Machinery Mechanic position - INTERNAL ONLY for City of Springfield employees . This position will perform highly skilled predictive and preventative maintenance techniques in plant mechanic work to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair plant and lift station equipment using data-driven analysis, troubleshooting methodologies and continuous improvement in coordination with plant management. There are up to 5 promotional opportunities at the Southwest Wastewater Treatment Plant and 1 promotional opportunity at the Northwest Treatment Plant.
