Job description: Overview We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our manufacturing processes, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to precision, making them an integral part of our operations. Duties Assemble mechanical components and systems based on schematics and blueprints. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Perform fabrication tasks, including welding and soldering, as required. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure adherence to specifications. Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards. Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of completed work. Requirements Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a related manufacturing role. Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics with strong mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous, particularly in operating forklifts. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
