In person Job Overview Our client in Burnsville, MS is seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery. Consult manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering personnel to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure optimal performance. Dismantle machines using hand and power tools to inspect parts and replace defective components. Reassemble and test equipment after repairs to confirm proper operation. Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluid levels, filters, and other components; perform routine maintenance following established checklists. Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other moving parts. Maintain accurate records of tests, repairs, and maintenance performed. Keep work area clean and organized throughout the shift. Work effectively with others in a team environment. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance. Strong knowledge of basic machines, tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Ability to lift 45 lbs or apply 45 lbs of torque pressure . Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
