Equipment Builder / Assembly Technician — We'll Train You Trebro Manufacturing — Billings, Montana Trebro Manufacturing is looking for hard-working, mechanically curious people who want to learn how to build real equipment. You do not need years of professional mechanical experience. If you have worked on cars, motorcycles, farm equipment, trailers, machinery, construction projects, or simply like taking things apart and figuring out how they work, we want to talk to you. We can teach you the technical skills. What we cannot teach nearly as easily is reliability, work ethic, drive, attention to detail, pride in your work, and the desire to become really good at something. What You'll Learn & Do You'll help build Trebro agricultural equipment from individual components into complete machines, including: Mechanical assembly Hydraulics, hoses, fittings, valves, and cylinders Electrical wiring and components Bearings, chains, sprockets, motors, and mechanical systems Reading drawings and following build instructions Troubleshooting and solving problems Working alongside experienced technicians and learning how complete machines come together This is hands-on work. You'll build something real, see it operate, and know you had a part in creating it. Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who: Show up every day and on time Work hard without needing someone constantly standing over them Want to learn and improve Pay attention to the small details Take pride in doing quality work Can take direction and become increasingly independent Aren't afraid to ask questions Like solving mechanical problems Want responsibility and advancement as they prove themselves Professional experience is great, and we will pay more for strong mechanical skills. But lack of experience will not disqualify the right person. If you're young, hungry, mechanically inclined, and looking for someone to give you an opportunity to build real skills, this may be it.

Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:

$21-$25/hour for entry-level candidates Higher pay available for proven mechanical experience and ability

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, approximately 50 hours per week That means regular overtime while still keeping your weekends largely yours. Tools are provided, or experienced technicians are welcome to bring their own.
