Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal production performance. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems will be vital in minimizing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency. Duties Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments, schematics, and technical manuals. Troubleshoot electrical systems, including low voltage circuits, electrical blueprint reading, and electrical diagnostics with tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters. Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems by analyzing system performance and replacing faulty components. Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to diagnose issues and implement control system repairs. Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely for access during maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct welding tasks using stick welding techniques to repair or fabricate parts as needed. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and asset history. Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair. Proficiency in electrical diagnostics, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and electrical systems maintenance. Skilled in hydraulics, pneumatics troubleshooting, and the use of precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely and perform welding tasks with stick welding techniques. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician practices, HVAC/R systems including HVAC experience is a plus. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues efficiently. Good communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork collaboration. Valid certifications or experience with CMMS software is preferred; additional certifications in electrical or mechanical trades are advantageous.
