Key Job Functions Assemble small microelectronic sensors Assemble electronics and printed circuit boards (PCBA) in a prototype and production environment Assemble wire harnesses and hybrid mechanical and electronic assemblies Description of Candidate Demonstrates integrity in professional and personal life Maintains a positive attitude Holds a high attention to detail Adapts to the changing needs of small company Qualifications of Candidate The candidate should have 5 to 25 years of industry experience in an electronics manufacturing environment doing hands on assembly of precision electronics. Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to concentrate. Aptitude and interest in developing proficiency and efficiency performing assembly operations. Job Expectations The Employee is expected to dedicate the time necessary to accomplish the given job requirements. On average employment will require 40 - 50 hours per week at SignalQuest facilities or off site on SignalQuest business. Other duties as assigned when required to support the business.
