Job Description
SignalQuest is a friendly, exciting, stable small company growing as a leader in our industry, with support for individual advancement. Key Job Functions Assemble small microelectronic sensors Assemble wire harnesses and hybrid mechanical and electronic assemblies Assist with other production, inspection, packaging, or manufacturing activities as needed. Description of Candidate Demonstrates integrity in professional and personal life Maintains a positive attitude Ability to work independently as well as part of a production team Holds a high attention to detail Adapts to the changing needs of small company Qualifications of Candidate The candidate should have 2 to 10 years of industry experience in an electronics manufacturing environment doing hands on assembly of precision electronics. Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to concentrate. Ability to perform detailed assembly and inspection work using a microscope. Aptitude and interest in developing proficiency and efficiency performing assembly operations. Job Expectations The Employee is expected to dedicate the time necessary to accomplish the given job requirements. On average employment will require 40 - 50 hours per week at SignalQuest facilities. Other duties as assigned when required to support the business.
