Industrial Maintenance Mechanic PeopleShare by PROMAN • Dayton, NJ, United States of America • 2m ago We're hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep our high‑volume production equipment running at peak performance. This role is perfect for a technician who excels in heavy mechanical repair while also bringing strong electrical and PLC troubleshooting capabilities.
Pay:
 $33-$35/hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Dayton, NJ 🔧
What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on industrial production machinery. Perform routine preventative maintenance and support major rebuilds to extend equipment life. Read, interpret, and troubleshoot PLC code (Allen Bradley, RSLogix 5000, Siemens S7). Work hands‑on with 400-1,100 ton Injection Mold machines and 30-75K ton Blow Mold machines. Complete occasional welding, machining, and grinding tasks. Safely work with 480V high‑voltage systems and core industrial components. ⚙️
What We're Looking For:
Heavy Mechanical Expertise (80%) paired with solid electrical troubleshooting (20%). PLC Troubleshooting experience with Allen Bradley, RSLogix 5000, and Siemens S7. Strong hands‑on skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, electrical controls, and diagnostic tools. A stable work history, reliable attendance, and strong problem‑solving ability.
