Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Repair / Builder for our manufacturing facility to join our day shift team, operating Monday through Friday. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, contribute to efficient pallet repair and assembly, and uphold safety standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support continuous process improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Paid training $22.00 hour, after it will be a piece rate position averaging $22-$26 an hour after 3 weeks.

•Responsibilities Perform repairs and build pallets using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly techniques Follow assembly instructions accurately according to orders Use measuring instruments to ensure precise dimensions during assembly and repairs Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling tasks in accordance with safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety standards in production, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures Skills Proven experience with factory or manufacturing environments, especially pallet repair or assembly lines Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Ability to interpret production documents accurately Strong understanding of safety standards in manufacturing settings Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods Excellent technical proficiency in mechanical assembly and use of measuring devices Join us at Sierra Pallet where your skills will contribute directly to our mission of delivering quality pallets while supporting sustainable manufacturing practices!
