What You'll Do:

As one of the first members of our liquid Cooling production team, you'll play a critical role in getting the operation off the ground.

Responsibilities include:

Assemble industrial liquid cooling systems Install and connect piping, plumbing, and mechanical components Perform copper pipe preparation and brazing Support development of assembly processes and work instructions Train and mentor future assembly technicians Help establish quality standards and best practices Work closely with Engineering and Operations during product launches Become a technical leader within the liquid cooling production team

What We're Looking For:

We care far more about your mechanical aptitude and plumbing experience than whether you've worked in manufacturing before.

Ideal candidates may come from:

Plumbing HVAC installation Refrigeration Mechanical contracting Pipefitting Industrial maintenance Commercial construction trades

Qualifications:

Strong plumbing or piping experience Comfortable working with copper tubing and brazing Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Desire to learn manufacturing and assembly processes Interest in helping lead, train, and develop a team Positive attitude and team-first mindset Must be able to travel internationally The Opportunity Most manufacturing jobs ask you to join an established operation.
