Job Duties & Responsibilities Set up, start up, troubleshoot, and repair production and processing equipment, including rotary, piston, Packette, and tube fillers. Maintain and repair labelers, ink jet coders, mixing vessels, pumps, steam piping, copper piping, water systems, and related equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete repairs efficiently to minimize production downtime. Work independently and as part of a team while maintaining organized, consistent, and detail-oriented work practices. Requirements High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of related mechanical maintenance experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with basic hand tools, pipe fitting, electrical systems, and equipment diagnostics. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow established procedures and work with minimal supervision. Valid United States work authorization and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods. Preferences Experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing, production, or processing environment. Ability and willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing maintenance priorities.
