Work with electrical systems up to 480V and 220V. Support the removal of existing equipment and installation of new machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Perform preventive maintenance activities and maintain maintenance records. Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems. Support conveyors, belt systems, robotic automation, and production equipment. Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
