Full Job Description Manufacturing Mechanic Pay:
$30

Shift:
3rd Shift (11:00 PM-7:30 AM) Position Summary Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment while following cGMP, SOP, safety, and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic manufacturing equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize production downtime. Support equipment setup, changeovers, and production troubleshooting. Perform maintenance documentation, equipment logs, and repair records. Follow cGMP, SOP, OSHA, and safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with root cause analysis and equipment improvements. Equipment Experience Troubleshoot and maintain pharmaceutical production equipment, including: Tablet presses (Cadmach, Fette) Capsule filling machines (ACG, Bosch) Experience with mechanical systems, industrial controls, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting preferred. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred. Experience with cGMP, SOPs, and regulated manufacturing environments preferred. Ability to read technical manuals, follow instructions, and complete maintenance documentation. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and access equipment using ladders as needed.
