Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Machinery Mechanic (prefered Retired or semi retired Mechanic) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise in mechanical systems, electrical diagnostics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial maintenance will be vital in supporting our manufacturing processes. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment using schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical manuals Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems utilizing precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters Diagnose issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electricians' diagnostics tools, and high-voltage systems to restore equipment functionality swiftly Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document maintenance activities, track work orders, and manage inventory levels Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting engineering issues and implementing process improvements Experience Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment Strong background in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting low voltage and high voltage systems Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding (including welding), and mechanical repairs Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, electrical blueprint interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques Join us as a Machinery Mechanic if you're ready to bring your technical expertise into a vibrant manufacturing environment where your skills will directly impact operational success!
