Assembly Trainee (Mechanical) - 1st Shift Niagara Falls, NY Monday-Friday | 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Start Your Career - We'll Train You Looking for a hands-on career? We're hiring mechanically inclined, motivated individuals who are eager to learn. No extensive experience required—we provide training. What You'll Do Assemble fluid-flow equipment for heating, cooling & fire safety systems Use hand and power tools to build large units from drawings/diagrams Test products to ensure quality standards Identify and report issues or defects Maintain a safe, clean work area Meet production goals What We're Looking For Mechanically inclined and comfortable using power tools. Eager, reliable, and ready to learn Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Requirements High school diploma or GED Ability to read/write English Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Basic computer skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
