Job Description

Maintenance :
Industrial Mechanic The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is directly responsible for maintaining, repairing, and changing over our production equipment including preventative and routine maintenance tasks. They will troubleshoot issues and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. This position must be able to pass a required pre-employment fitness test and mechanical assessment to move forward.
Key Expected Achievements:
Complete required preventative maintenance activities according to schedule and within time frames allotted. Must adhere to all safety rules and regulations established by the company. Interpret and comply with Part Specifications to support tooling changeover on equipment. Build, test, and install steam pressure hosing. Install mold tooling and validate quality of tooling setup. Perform adjustments to equipment to maintain optimum quality. Work with AC/DC electrical circuitry. Operate lift devices and cranes to carry out duties. Basic troubleshooting of equipment based upon experience and competency. Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvements. Comply with Company Policies and Procedures. Perform other duties and assignments as directed by Leadership.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics, automation, and plumbing a must Manufacturing experience preferred High School diploma or GED required Must be able to lift 80+ lbs. frequently Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent attention to detail Strong team spirit, able to work cooperatively with others to solve problems and willingly help others when assistance is needed Able to work on feet for an extended period-of-time Self-motivated; takes initiative and works with minimum supervision
