• We are currently hiring Entry Level Industrial Technicians to support operations at a large-scale industrial plant in the Syracuse area.

This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors and indoors, and being part of a team-oriented environment. No specialized experience is required, but candidates with construction, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial labor backgrounds are encouraged to apply. • Responsibilities
• + Perform industrial cleanup and site maintenance throughout the facility.

+ Assist with general labor tasks including moving materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting plant operations.

+ Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

+ Work alongside experienced technicians, supervisors, and plant personnel on daily projects.

+ Support ongoing facility upkeep and maintenance efforts as directed.

• Qualifications
• + Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

+ Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work.

+ Ability to work in an industrial environment and perform physical labor.

+ Comfortable working around dust, debris, and varying weather conditions when required.

+ Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from leadership.

+ Previous industrial, construction, manufacturing, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus.
