1st or 3rd Training completed on 1st Shift•7:00•3:30 before moving to nights
Pay:
$20.00•$23.00 Position Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated Mechaincal / Electrical Assembly Technicians to join our growing production team. This position involves assembling and wiring electrical components, reading schematics and blueprints, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical assembly, wire harnesses, or panel assembly and be comfortable using hand tools while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Large Mechanical Assembly candidates encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assemble electrical components and wire harnesses according to specifications Perform electrical panel assembly and support production operations Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and quality Maintain organized and clean workstations throughout the shift Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing goals Adhere to all company safety and quality standards Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs Assist with troubleshooting and correcting assembly issues when necessary Qualifications Experience with electrical assembly or wire harness assembly preferred Any level of electrical panel assembly experience is considered Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints Comfortable using hand tools provided by the company Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to stand, bend, and work physically for 8-hour shifts or longer Good communication and teamwork skills Manufacturing or production experience preferred Preferred Skills Electrical wiring experience Mechanical assembly experience Blueprint reading Hand tool proficiency Production and manufacturing knowledge Quality inspection experience Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time stable schedule Opportunities for growth and advancement Hands-on training provided Team-oriented work environment Overtime opportunities available when needed
