Position:

Mechanical Installer / Light Welder We are seeking an installer to join our team. This position involves learning all aspects of tarp system installation and repair, working with a variety of truck and trailer tarp systems including flatbeds, dump trucks, and other trailer types. If you are mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools, and motivated to learn, we provide hands-on training to help you grow your skills and succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities Install and repair tarp systems and related components Perform mechanical and light electrical troubleshooting Assist with sewing and tarp repairs (training provided) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Assist with parts shipping and handling as needed Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively Welding experience with aluminum is desired Strong work ethic with dependable attendance Benefits Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) & Life Insurance Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) with company matching and profit sharing
