Full Job Description Industrial Mechanic Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

$22-$25 per hour, based on experience Position Summary We are seeking a mechanically inclined Industrial Mechanic to join a fast-paced repair and fabrication shop. This hands-on position is responsible for repairing industrial equipment, fitting and assembling mechanical parts, testing machinery, and replacing worn or damaged components. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable using hand and power tools, and able to manage multiple projects accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities Repair and rebuild industrial equipment and machinery Complete basic pneumatic repairs and mechanical assembly Bolt, fit, and assemble machine components Complete assigned machine projects on schedule Test equipment according to multistep procedures and protocols Test motors, blowers, pulse systems, and other operating components Replace filters, worn parts, and damaged components Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues Use standard hand and power tools safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Recommend process and efficiency improvements to management Qualifications Basic understanding of industrial machinery and mechanical systems Mechanical repair, assembly, fabrication, or equipment-maintenance experience preferred Experience using standard hand and power tools Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize assignments and meet daily deadlines Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a warehouse with fluctuating temperatures Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license required Strong attention to accuracy, quality, and timely completion

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
