Join trak group in partnering with a Cincinnati-area manufacturing client seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. This hands-on role will focus on preventive maintenance and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently.

Responsibilities Perform preventive and routine maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues. Repair or replace defective machine components using appropriate hand and power tools. Read and interpret electrical schematics and equipment documentation. Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs to minimize production downtime. Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before failures occur. Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair documentation, and equipment logs. Partner with Production and Engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability. Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment uptime and maintenance practices. Follow established safety procedures and industrial safety standards. Maintain a safe, organized work environment. Must-Haves 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience maintaining and repairing industrial or manufacturing equipment. Working knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read electrical schematics. Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repairs. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Understanding of industrial safety procedures and standards. Ability to work effectively both independently and with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Technical certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or a related field. Manufacturing or production environment experience. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives.
