Plant Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technician- 2nd

Direct Hire/Permanent | Full-Time (40 Hours) We are a growing manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, OH seeking an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a direct hire permanent position offering benefits on day one. You will play a critical role in keeping our production equipment running at peak performance while supporting a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. What You Will Do Troubleshoot and maintain electrical and mechanical systems supporting manufacturing operations. CNC troubleshooting and fixing is a must Diagnose and resolve equipment failures on production machinery, conveyors, PLCs, and automated systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals. Support installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment and production lines. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime and reduce waste. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to meet production goals. Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate documentation including work orders, schematics, and equipment records. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or technical degree in PLC Controls, Electrical Engineering/Technology, or Mechanical Engineering/Technology — or equivalent hands-on experience. 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Hands-on experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms). Proficiency with AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and control systems. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment. Nice to Have Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
