US Permanent Residency is required for this position Job Summary The Mechanical Assembly Technician's focus is to support the development, fabrication, and production of company products. Required Experience Approximately 5 years of experience is required for this position Strong experience with CNC machining is required Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical drawings/instructions and engineering drawings Detail-oriented with strong commitment to continuous improvement and effective written and verbal communication skills Experience with mechanical assembly, fabrication and shop environments Accustomed to working in a production facility environment inclusive of loud noises, standing for long periods of time with the ability to lift or move light to medium weight equipment and products. Duties and Responsibilities Work with mechanical and electro-mechanical parts, tools, and equipment Follow assembly procedures, drawings, and evolving prototypes and assist in the assembly of products Perform quality inspections and functional tests on assembled products to verify proper operation and adherence to design specifications Identify and resolve assembly issues, adjusting or reworking as necessary to correct defects or improve performance Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, completed tasks, and any identified issues or solutions for quality control and process improvement Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine designs and manufacturability Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
