Mechanical Assembler -

Control Panels Pay:

$18.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience

Shift Differential:

Additional $3.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking dependable Mechanical Assemblers to support the production of industrial control panels. This position is responsible for mechanically assembling control panels and installing components according to blueprints, schematics and established quality standards. The ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience using hand and power tools, and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions. Key Responsibilities Assemble industrial control panels and related components Install and secure hardware, brackets, enclosures and mechanical components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and assembly drawings Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Measure, align and position components according to specifications Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality and proper installation Identify and report damaged materials or assembly issues Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area Follow all company safety, quality and production procedures Perform additional assembly-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Proficiency with common hand and power tools Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics or technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable, organized and able to work independently or with a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous control-panel or electrical assembly experience is helpful but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to stand, bend, reach and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift Ability to safely operate hand and power tools This position offers competitive compensation and an opportunity to develop valuable experience in industrial control-panel manufacturing. #INDJenAdv
