Industrial Maintenance Technician -
Direct Hire Pay:
$33-$36/hr total earning with bonus program

Hermitage, PA We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a stable and growing manufacturing operation. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering strong benefits, competitive compensation, and long-term career stability. CNC machine maintenance experience is required for this position. We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC and machine tool equipment. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and industrial machine tools Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, motors, VFDs, sensors, and control systems Troubleshoot 3-phase motors and motor controls Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals Perform equipment adjustments, alignments, calibrations, and repairs Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and major repairs What We're Looking For CNC machine maintenance/troubleshooting experience - REQUIRED 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting background Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Experience troubleshooting 3-phase motors and industrial electrical systems PLC troubleshooting experience; Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens preferred Experience with VFDs and motor controls Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment independently Why Consider This Opportunity? $35-$36/hr total earning with bonus program Direct-hire position Medical, dental, and vision benefits Stable manufacturing environment Growing maintenance team Long-term advancement opportunities You should be proficient in: CNC Tooling Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills CNC Machine Repair Electrical Troubleshooting Electrical Repair Pneumatics Troubleshooting Maintenance and Repair Skills Mechanical Systems & Component Repair Electrical Schematic Reading Low Voltage Cabling Installation
